ZOOVIES – RACING STRIPES Bring a blanket, bring the family and enjoy Racing Stripes (rated PG) on Friday, July 21st. Join us at the Zoo for an outdoor movie adventure: the funny, animated feature Racing Stripes. Gates open at 6:30 pm and the movie begins just as the sun goes down. An abandoned zebra (voice of Frankie Muniz) grows up believing he is a racehorse, and, with the help of his barnyard friends and a teenage girl (Hayden Panettiere), sets out to achieve his dream of racing with thoroughbreds. His stripes made him an outcast, his heart made him a hero. The ''Zoovie'' will begin at dusk. Tickets are $6 adults and $4 children ages 3 to 12; children 2 and under are free – Zoo members receive $1 off each admission.
