Cache Creek Casino Resort is proud to once again be a part of the Taste of Capay, a special meal featuring food grown on various farms and ranches in and around the beautiful Capay Valley. During the event guests will enjoy local wine, live music, and bidding on auction items to raise money for the non-profit organization Capay Valley Vision. This year's event takes place on Oct. 21 at Capay Organic, the Barsotti Farm, home of Farm Fresh to You. This working organic farm is known throughout California for its door-to-door CSA box delivery; their unique store in the San Francisco's Ferry Building and their Second Saturday farm experiences. Their headquarters are on the family farm just outside the little town of Capay off Highway 16. The Barsotti family has generously provided their time and expertise to make this event a local dining and gathering occasion enjoyed by all. Capay Valley Vision, a community based organization established to help preserve and promote the Capay Valley, is the host of the ninth annual Taste of Capay benefit dinner and auction. Taste of Capay is catered by Cache Creek Casino Resort chefs using the best local ingredients. Tickets are now available for $55.
