The 2008 State of the Ports Luncheon will examine the overall status of international logistics throughout Northern California. It will feature speakers discussing the seaports of Sacramento, Stockton, Oakland and the Sacramento County Airport System.

 This event invites local businesses, port management and city economic development managers throughout the Northern California region," said Dion Dwyer, NorCal WTC executive director." It will help create an environment for everyone to review future issues and create plans for logistical success throughout the Northern California region." Topics will also include forecasting future logistical issues and how the ports are connecting to new markets with a focus on free trade agreement countries.

 The event speakers are Richard Coyle - President, Devine Intermodal, Bill Lewicki - Marketing Director, Port of Stockton, Mike Lukin - Port Manager, Port of Sacramento and Lisa Stanton - Chief Administrative Offier, Sacramento County Airport System.
