Women's Honoring Your Sacred Self Retreat

In this wonderful day we will focus on relaxing and renewal, centering ourselves and coming together as women. We will provide meditations for finding your power source, acceptance and love of our bodies and our selves. We will do powerful work with partners to release fears, insecurities and empower each other. We will explore dream boards and visions for our future. A day with easy stretching, some journaling and time for sharing. This day is geared for all women but especially Women who juggle too many roles and have hurried lives. You will leave feeling relaxed, centered, renewed and knowing your Power Source.
