Vernal Pools Open House

| Description: | This trip, sponsored by Fish and Game and the Yolo Basin Foundation, is an opportunity for the public to visit the vernal pools at the Tule Ranch in the southern part of the Wildlife Area. |

| What to Bring: | Guests are encouraged to bring wildlife and wildflower guide books, water, sunscreen (no shade), hat, binoculars, camera, and mosquito repellent. Wear sturdy shoes that can get muddy. Dogs are not allowed. |

Location
To reach the meeting site, drive south on Mace Blvd., which becomes County Road 104, to County Road 35 (one mile south of Putah Creek). Turn left (east) on Road 35 and drive to County Road 106. Turn right (south) and drive to the end of this road at the intersection of road 38. Follow signs to the Umbrella Barn on the Wildlife Area.
