Collings Teen Center 2nd Annual Crab Feed

The Collings West Sacramento Teen Center is partnering with the Huntington's Disease Society of America for their 2nd Annual Crab Feed on Saturday, January 28, 2006 at 6:30 pm. The event will take place at the Teen Center, located at 1541 Merkley Avenue in West Sacramento.

The Crab Feed will benefit the Collings Teen Center general fund, providing after-school alternatives for high school-age teens, as well as life and job skills training, tutoring and positive programming alternatives. Also benefiting from the Crab Feed is the Huntington's Disease Society of America. HDSA provides research for Huntington's Disease, a hereditary, degenerative brain disorder that slowly diminishes the affected individual's ability to walk, think, talk and reason.

The Collings West Sacramento Teen Center recognizes the generosity of the community they serve, and wants to give back to those who have been so generous in providing a safe place for teens. By partnering with the Huntington's Disease Society of America, they are able to help provide hope for those suffering from this devastating disease, as well as making a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of teens who visit the center throughout the year.
