The maps will include ''new growth areas\,'' ''community growth boundaries\,'' and ''agricultural district boundaries.''  They will be used extensively in the development of the draft General Plan update and associated analysis and studies\, which will apply throughout the unincorporated area of Yolo County.  A Program Environmental Impact Report will be prepared as the appropriate document under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the General Plan update.  Applicant: Yolo County.\n\nWritten comments on any aspect of the application are invited and should be addressed to David Morrison\, Assistant Director\, Planning and Public Works Department\, 292 W. Beamer\, Woodland\, CA 95695.  A copy of the staff report and other associated materials are available for inspection at the Yolo County Planning and Public Works Department.
