DESCRIPTION:Donor Remembrance Quilt Unveiling\nJess and Theresa Chairez\, residents of West Sacramento\, are among those who contributed to the GSDS Donor Remembrance Quilt to honor their son\, Joe\, an organ and tissue donor\, who died of a brain aneurysm while on duty as a Sacramento Police Officer. The community is invited to attend this very special unveiling to honor families that gave the gift of life. The unveiling will be held on Sunday\, April 30\, at 4:00pm at the Catta Verdera Country Club in Lincoln\, CA. This quilt\, made by families and loved ones\, honors 24 organ and tissue donors in our community. Golden State Donor Services will host this event and can be reached at (916) 567-1600.

Exit Right at Twelve Bridges Dr. Follow signs to Golf & Country Club at the top of the hill. Make a right at Catta Verdera. From Highway 50 take the Hazel Ave Exit North. Hazel Ave will become Sierra College Blvd near Old Auburn Rd. Continue on Sierra College Blvd. Turn Left at Twelve Bridges Dr. Follow the signs to Golf & Country Club at the top of the hill. Make a right at Catta Verdera.
